Huaxia Group has founded 16 first-grade service stations all over China and more than 50 second- Huaxia Group Company grade service stations in large and medium cities. Every technology service station has permanent professional technicians to direct maintaining and repairing service. The headquarters and each service station are equipped with service cars to provide quick and good after service and regular technology tracing service.

Sales companies are in charge of transportation of new tower cranes for clients and sending technicians to direct

clients to install and operate tower cranes on the spot, and introduce functions, characteristics and structures

 

of machines and maintaining and operation instruction. It also provides first-time (free) technical debugging

 

services for new equipments.

 

According to promise of the company, technology service stations are in charge of regular visit (free of charge), debugging equipments and technical following services for clients.

It carries out 3-level after service supervision and service system. That is, signature affirming system of clients, telephone selective examination system of the headquarters and inquiry system of clients.

It sets up technical service consulting telephone system, which can answer difficulties of running, maintaining and repairing of tower cranes in shortest time, and carry out special design and order according to special requirements of clients.
